Bronze Points

Purchases below ₱50

A completed purchase transaction below ₱50 may earn Bronze Points.

Silver Points

Purchases from ₱50 to ₱100

A completed purchase transaction worth ₱50 up to ₱100 may earn Silver Points.

Gold Points

Purchases above ₱100

A completed purchase transaction above ₱100 earns Gold Points based on the qualified purchase amount.

Example: A qualified ₱150 purchase may earn 1.50 Gold Points.

Important Points Rules

  • Points are calculated separately for every completed purchase transaction.
  • Purchases from separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for a higher point category.
  • Unused purchase amounts do not carry over to another transaction.
  • Bronze, Silver and Gold Points are separate reward categories and do not have the same value.
  • Bronze Points cannot automatically be converted into Silver or Gold Points.
  • Having 100 Bronze Points is not the same as having 100 Silver Points or 100 Gold Points.
  • Points are credited only after the purchase has been completed and recorded in the Zia Store POS system.
  • Points earned from a cancelled, refunded, returned or deleted transaction may be removed from the customer's account.
  • Customers should present their Zia Store Customer ID or registration number before completing the transaction.
  • Zia Store may correct points added because of duplicate transactions, incorrect entries, technical errors or misuse of the rewards program.

How Points Are Calculated

A customer may have spent a total of ₱1,061.52, but not all purchases may have earned Gold Points.

When only ₱741.00 came from Gold-qualified transactions, the customer may receive:

🥇 7.41 Gold Points

The remaining purchases may have earned Bronze or Silver Points depending on the amount of each individual transaction.

Please note: Zia Store reserves the right to update the point calculations, reward requirements, available prizes and program policies when necessary. Important changes will be posted on the official Zia Store website or Facebook page.
